Please review our booking terms, payment policies, and cancellation conditions before making a reservation.

Thank you for choosing Selasih Beach House. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest, please take a moment to review the terms below. These terms apply to all bookings across our properties.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Payment can be made via Wise (TransferWise) or direct deposit into our Indonesian bank account.
  • The remaining balance is payable no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Bookings that are not fully paid within 30 days of arrival may be cancelled without refund.

Late check-out after 6:00 PM is available at 75% of the previous nightly rate paid, subject to villa availability.

Important: Bookings not fully paid within 30 days of arrival may be cancelled without refund.

Important Notice

We are not a travel insurer.

We strongly recommend that guests obtain "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance as soon as flights and/or accommodation have been booked.

Travel insurance helps protect guests should their circumstances change and travel plans need to be cancelled or modified.
